Our functions team are here to assist you with all your event requirements. We strive to exceed your expectations in both food and beverage, whilst administering exceptional service.

To complement your booking all furnishings are included in the cost of hire, we will set up the room to your requirements, and take care of the cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE WERE UPDATED 1/7/16. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE AN UPDATED COPY THESE APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS FROM THAT DATE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PREVIOUS VERSION WAS SIGNED.

Please note:

When hiring the rooms at Pukekura Raceway and Function Centre, all furnishings are included (or they can be removed)
All cleaning and rubbish removal is taken care of by us *subject to our T&C’s
After a function, items can be left behind i.e. presents, and locked overnight ready to be picked up the next day
Curfew is 3am. (Bar closes at 2.30am, venue must be vacant at 3am)
A bond may be required for some functions
All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Agreement.
Your CONFIRMED booking and deposit will always be subject to there not being a race meeting on the day. Whilst race days are set for a 12 month period from August to the following July, Hirers must be aware that under extreme circumstances a change of date could occur, whereby we would hope to offer you an alternative date for your event.
